KINGS OF ARMENIA. Tigranes V, circa 6-12. Tetrachalkon (Bronze, 20 mm, 7.62 g, 12 h), Artagigarta (?). Bearded, draped bust of Tigranes V to right, wearing five-pointed Armenian tiara decorated with four eagles and tied with a diadem. Rev. ΒAΣΙ[Λ]ΕΩΣ / TIΓP[A]NOY - MEΓAΛ[ΟΥ] Herakles standing front, head to left, resting his right hand on club set on ground and with the lion skin draped over his left arm. Kovacs 181. Light earthen deposits, otherwise, nearly very fine.
